The cognitive dissonance concept

For the past year, Psychology students and teachers worldwide have been using Gerard Keegan's website to help with their studies.

Reading the material, seeing the illustrations, and using the interactive games and quizzes all help in the learning process. Through working on the site with Gerry I have discovered that I am naturally absorbing much of the material as I go.

This led me to the conclusion that some facility should be provided for students to post their own content, should they wish to do so.

To this end, we have implemented cognitivedissonanace.co.uk using an innovative web page concept called "Wiki".

Wiki pages are just like normal web pages, with the exception that they can be written and edited by anyone.

It is hoped that you - the user, will post relevent information in our Wiki, and in so doing strengthen your knowledge and understanding of psychology.
